twcmmk Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the official terms of service and conduct policies that apply to all players using the twcmmk platform.
By accessing the twcmmk platform and using its services, every player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Players who access the platform through an authorised representative or an affiliate are also considered bound by these terms. Please do not use the service until you have finished reading this document.

General Terms
Service Description
twcmmk is an online entertainment platform for Myanmar players, offering slots, live casino, football betting, crash games, 2D/3D lottery, and more. These services are intended for entertainment purposes only.
What Acceptance Means
By visiting the platform, opening an account, or playing any game, the player is considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Service Availability
twcmmk may change, suspend, or shut down services, games, or offers at any time without prior notice. Players understand that access may be unavailable due to technical maintenance, server issues, or causes beyond our control.
Account Registration and Responsibility
Individual Accounts
Each player may only open one account at twcmmk. If more than one account from the same person is found, the platform may close those accounts and forfeit any remaining funds.
Accurate Information
Personal information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if incorrect information is submitted. Any change to personal details must be reported to customer service immediately.
Account Security
Each player is responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure. twcmmk is not responsible for any losses or issues caused by a third party accessing your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
Age Requirement
21+ Only
twcmmk services are open to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform. If a player misrepresents their age to gain access, all funds associated with that account may be forfeited. We remind you that underage players are subject to strict verification.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
twcmmk supports only the following methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- KBZPay
- Wave Money
- AYA Pay
- CB Pay
twcmmk cannot be held responsible for transfers made through any method not listed above.
Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
Requests below these limits will be rejected and will not be processed.
Withdrawal time
After a request is approved, the withdrawal process is normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, additional time may be needed to review suspicious transactions. Actual receipt time may vary depending on the player's payment provider.
Financial Accuracy Checks
In cases of mismatched payment records, fund leakage, or accidental overpayment, twcmmk has the right to reject and remove any excess funds in a player's account.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
First Deposit Bonus
Players making their first deposit at twcmmk can receive a 150% bonus up to 100,000 Ks. To unlock this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be met (winnings from the bonus must be wagered before they can be withdrawn).
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Account balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering required: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
- Deposit 140,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Account balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
Bonus Terms
- The bonus expires within 7 days of deposit.
- Each account can claim the first deposit bonus once only.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
- Wagering contribution may differ for certain games — check the promotions page for details.
- If fraudulent bonus claiming is suspected, twcmmk may cancel that bonus.
VIP Program Cashback
Weekly cashback offers are available for every VIP level:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP level advancement is determined by the player's overall play activity.
Fair Play Policy
Random Number Generation
All games on the twcmmk platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are designed to be unpredictable and fairness is always maintained.
SSL Encryption Protection
Players' funds and personal data are protected with SSL encryption technology. Player information is never sold to third parties — details are stated in the Privacy Policy.
Responsible Gaming Encouraged
Gambling should be for entertainment only. If gambling is causing financial problems, visit the Responsible Gaming section and contact customer support to set your own gaming limits.
Restricted Actions
Strictly Prohibited Actions
Players are not permitted to carry out any of the following actions:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly ("multi-accounting")
- Intentionally losing to another player to transfer chips ("chip dumping")
- Playing through bots, software scripts, or automated tools
- Using exploitative betting strategies against bonus wagering requirements ("arbitrage betting")
- Showing a pattern of depositing and withdrawing without real play to collect bonuses
- Using the service for money laundering purposes
- Using any technical method that interferes with the normal operation of the platform
If any of these restrictions are found to have been violated, twcmmk may immediately close the player's account and has the right to forfeit any funds in that account.
Account Suspension and Closure
Reasons for Suspension / Closure
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Providing incorrect personal information
- Fraudulent or deceptive financial activity
- Showing a pattern of collecting bonuses without genuine play
- Failure to pass identity verification
Player-Requested Self-Exclusion
Players may request their own gaming limits or temporary account suspension. To make such a request, follow the process described on the Responsible Gaming page.
Funds in a Closed Account
Funds forfeited due to account closure may be subject to further discussion and negotiation between the player and twcmmk. Whether funds can be returned will be decided based on the specific details of the violation committed by the player.
Legal Liability Limitations
Responsibility for Access and Play
It is each individual player's responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal under the laws of their region or country. twcmmk does not reference any specific laws and requires players to take responsibility themselves.
twcmmk's Liability Limitations
twcmmk will not be held responsible for losses arising from server failures, communication disruptions, or other causes beyond its control, nor for any consequential losses related to game results. All financial losses related to game outcomes are the player's own responsibility.
Decisions and Disputes

Policy Changes
Notification of Changes
twcmmk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes may take effect immediately without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
